All ticket purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated below.
Event Cancellation
If an event is canceled by Edison Tavern, ticket holders will receive a full refund to the original form of payment.
Event Postponement
If an event is postponed, tickets will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a refund.
Significant Event Changes
In the event of significant changes to an event—such as a change in headliner or venue—ticket holders may request a refund by contacting us within 5 business days of the announcement.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
No-Show Policy
No refunds will be issued for failure to attend an event without prior notice.
