Deposits:
All Deposits are non-refundable and space is not considered definite until deposit has been
received.


Deposit required is 50%


Guarantees and payment:
Weddings; Final guaranty** and payment is due 14 days prior to the event. Hosted bars on
consumption will be due at the conclusion of the event. Payments can be made by credit card
or by check.


Social and Business Event; Guarantees** 
are due 7 business days prior to the event. Payment is due one week prior to the
event. Hosted bars on consumption will be due at the conclusion of the event.


**guarantees may go up after final but not down. Group attrition is the responsibility of the
group.


Food Handling:
Cakes or cupcakes from bakeries are allowed. We welcome your special occasions cakes from a licensed bakery, all other food products not purchased from Edison Restaurant Bar &
Banquets are prohibited.

No additional outside food allowed:

Wine from an outside source is subject to $20.00 per bottle corkage fee.


Per Health Dept. Standards a doggy-bag is not allowed.


Decorations:

No confetti, feather boas, candles without protected flames are allowed.
